Role: Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-3pm
Start date: October
Pay: £24,000-26,000per annum
Location: PO15
Package includes:
· Complete a fully funded qualification.
· Spend at least 6 of your contracted working hours studying towards your apprenticeship.

Our clients are a small ambitious team. They are a specialist veterinary recruitment agency. Since 2018, we have been placing vets, nurses, and support staff into permanent and locum roles across England, Scotland and Wales.
Responsibilities
· Learn the full 360 recruitment cycle
· Source veterinary candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, our CRMS & Referrals
· Call prospective candidates, qualify them properly, and build genuine relationships
· Write professional outreach messages people will reply to
· Support live vacancies from first contact through to placement
· Use our AI and automation tools daily and help us find better ways of working
· Keep the CRM clean and up to date so nothing slips
Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
· To not already hold a Recruitment qualification at level 3 or above.
· To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths.
· To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria.
