The Role:
We're looking for a proactive and organised Customer Account Executive to become the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of important customer accounts.
This is not a traditional administration role.

The Customer Account Executive sits at the centre of the customer experience, ensuring customers receive exceptional service whilst enabling our National Sales Manager and Senior Business Development Manager to focus on strategic account growth and new business development.
You'll coordinate activity across Operations, Customer Service, Procurement and Sales to ensure customer requirements are delivered efficiently, professionally and consistently.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Manage customer communication through telephone, email and other channels.
- Track customer orders through to successful completion.
- Manage customer delivery queries and service issues.
- Progress credits and claims through to resolution.
- Coordinate actions across multiple departments to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly.
- Build strong working relationships with customer contacts.
- Conduct proactive customer contact to strengthen relationships and improve retention.
- Identify customer risks and opportunities and communicate them to the Sales Team.
- Provide customers with a professional, responsive and positive experience at every interaction.
