We are looking for a highly capable and strategic Head of Marketing Operations to join the Agent Rainmaker Media Team. If you want to be recognised for what you do, grow your skills, and have the support to become a true expert in your field, then we want to talk to you…
This Isn't A Typical Marketing Job:
We’re not looking for someone to post on social media.
We’re not looking for someone to design graphics.
We’re looking for someone who can build one of the highest-performing marketing operations teams in the UK coaching sector.
You’ll inherit an experienced team of specialists across creative, AI, systems, automation, content and digital operations, alongside trusted external partners in paid media, graphic design and PR.
Your job isn’t to replace them.
It’s to help them perform at an even higher level.
About Us:
We’re a fast-growing group of businesses operating across coaching, events, marketing, estate agency and property management.
Our brands have helped business owners generate more than £91 million in additional revenue, and we’re building towards an ambitious £20 million Group.
We don’t just sell courses.
We genuinely help business owners build better businesses and better lives.
The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to our CEO, you’ll lead the Marketing Operations department and become a key member of our leadership team.
You’ll be responsible for turning strategy into execution by ensuring campaigns, launches and projects are delivered brilliantly across multiple brands.
You’ll lead a team of talented specialists, improve systems, introduce greater accountability and ensure marketing consistently delivers commercial results.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Leading and developing the Marketing Operations team.
- Planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and launches.
- Managing projects, priorities and resources.
- Improving marketing systems, reporting and processes.
- Managing external agencies and suppliers.
- Working closely with Sales, Events, Operations and Finance.
- Using AI and automation to continually improve efficiency.
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has successfully led a multi-disciplinary marketing team.
- Has managed multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Understands the customer journey from lead generation through to sales conversion.
- Is commercially minded and confident using marketing data to make decisions.
- Can manage experienced specialists and hold people accountable.
- Remains calm under pressure.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious business.
- Enjoys improving systems and developing people.
Experience within B2B, education, coaching or events would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
This Probably Isn't For You If...
- You’ve only ever managed your own marketing workload.
- You prefer creating content rather than leading people.
- You avoid difficult conversations.
- You need constant direction.
- You like maintaining the status quo rather than improving it.
- You want to own the company’s marketing strategy from day one.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary and Benefits:
- £50,000–£60,000 basic salary.
- Performance bonus (OTE £70,000–£80,000).
- 32 days holiday including Bank Holidays.
- Company pension.
- AXA Private Healthcare after two years’ service.
- Professional development and training support.
- Free lunches and refreshments every day.
- Office-first working with flexibility once established.
- Opportunity to grow into a Marketing Director role as the Group continues to expand.
Why Join Us?
This is a genuine leadership opportunity.
You’ll help shape the future of a growing group, lead an exceptional team, launch new brands and build marketing systems that make a real difference.
If you’re looking for another marketing management role, this probably isn’t it.
If you’re looking for the opportunity to build something exceptional, we’d love to hear from you.
