We are currently seeking to recruit care assistants for Night shifts with a passion for providing residents with exceptional, kind, individualised care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.

ABOUT YOU:
- To join our team you will have experience within a care home setting caring for older people.
- You will preferably hold an SVQ 2 qualification.
- You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
- You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
- You will have the right to work within the UK.
