We are seeking an exceptional Private Client Senior Associate or Partner to join our expanding London office. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced private client lawyer to become part of a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial firm with ambitious growth plans.
You will advise a broad and sophisticated client base, including high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, business owners, trustees and international clients, providing pragmatic, commercially focused and highly personalised advice across all aspects of private client law.

The Role
You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
- Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
- Estate administration and probate
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Trust creation, administration and taxation
- Succession planning for individuals, families and business owners
- Advising high-net-worth and international clients on wealth preservation and succession
- Advising trustees, executors and beneficiaries on complex private wealth matters
You will also play an active role in developing the department through business development, networking, building client relationships and mentoring junior members of the team.
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with substantial post-qualification experience in private client law.
- Have excellent technical knowledge across a broad range of private client matters.
- Be able to deliver practical, client-focused advice with confidence and professionalism.
- Have experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
- For Partner applicants, possess an established client following or referral network, or be able to demonstrate a strong track record of winning and retaining work.
STEP, CTA or other relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous but are not essential.

Pay: £80,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
