You will:
Design, install, & maintain eye-catching window displays that reflect seasonal themes & promotional campaigns.
Create inspiring in-store visual presentations across Fashion, Homeware, & Food departments.
Merchandise products to maximise sales, improve customer flow, & enhance the overall shopping experience.
Implement company visual merchandising guidelines while adapting displays to suit the local customer.
Plan and execute seasonal launches, events, and promotional changes.
Monitor display standards, ensuring all areas remain clean, organised, & fully stocked.
Work collaboratively with department managers to support commercial objectives.
Analyse sales trends and customer behaviour to inform merchandising decisions.
Handle props, fixtures, mannequins, signage, & display materials safely & effectively.
