Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £30,572 to £32,586 per annum. Plus generous benefits, including:

About the role
The Sales, Marketing and Support Officer is responsible for building and strengthening partnerships between the College and employers to generate new business and sustain existing relationships, supporting commercial activity, Apprenticeships, and workplace training targets.
Your key activities will be to:
- meet and exceed monthly targets to increase employer engagement and generate new business
- actively market the benefits of apprenticeships to employers so they fully understand the business benefits by providing information, advice and guidance
- undertake organisational training needs analysis to identify employer requirements
- work with wider college teams to develop new apprenticeships to meet employer and industry needs
- develop and continually review the employer engagement portfolio offer to ensure it is fit for purpose and meets employer, industry, local and regional business needs.

About the person
You will have experience of business and sales cycles and working to targets, along with excellent organisational and communication skills, whether online or in person. The ability to negotiate multiple data input systems and work with both internal and external stakeholders/employers is essential.
