Summary
We are seeking a passionate Bakery Assistant to join our production team in Sully This role is vital in supporting our bakery operations and ensuring our customers enjoy the finest artisanal products. Based in our welcoming bakery environment, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery production area & all equipment. Cleaning down all working areas to maintain food hygiene standards.
- Assist where needed in food production and preparation to ensure timely delivery of baked goods including packing of produce.
- Support inventory management by monitoring supplies relevant to your role.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the bakery's quality standards.
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen work is preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety regulations is beneficial but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.
- Previous experience in a bakery or restaurant environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Flexibility to support various bakery operations as needed.
Pay: From £12.75 per hour
