The role
Join our growing Commercial team in London and work on high-profile, cutting-edge technology and commercial matters for an impressive range of clients across the private, public and third sectors.
We're looking for an experienced solicitor (4+ PQE) to lead complex commercial and IT projects, support the development of junior lawyers and play a key role in the continued growth of our nationally recognised practice. This is an exciting opportunity to shape your own career while working alongside leading partners and colleagues across our UK offices.
The person
You'll be a commercially minded solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE gained in a large regional, national or international firm. Strong technical contract law experience is essential, together with an interest in technology, outsourcing and the evolving commercial landscape.
You'll also bring:

The activities
Advise on a broad range of commercial and technology matters, including AI and emerging technologies.
Lead on technology licensing, outsourcing and supply chain contracts.
Support clients with complex commercial arrangements and strategic projects.
Supervise Associates on contract drafting, data protection work and legal due diligence.
Deliver practical, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base.
Develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
Provide training to clients on key legal and regulatory developments.
Collaborate with colleagues nationally and occasionally support the firm's own IT and data protection projects.

Pre employment screening
