Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting with breakfast service, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and take their orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Assist in setting up dining areas before service and clearing after
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of service stations and dining spaces
- Replenish stock levels of food, beverages, and utensils as needed
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and efficiently
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene standards is desirable
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
