Duties
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Negotiate terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using organisational tools.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales processes efficiently and accurately.
- Support multilingual clients by providing clear communication in their preferred language where applicable.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Must have previous estate agency experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging diverse client bases.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple client accounts and documentation simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Prior experience in sales or negotiation roles is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Must have full clean driving license.
- Must have own car.

Pay: £28,420.00-£51,882.69 per year
