Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with efficiency and courtesy
- Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, providing accurate information and assistance
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, offering menu recommendations and ensuring timely service
- Serve food and drinks in a courteous manner, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Assist with setting up dining areas for events or special occasions, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities, are highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills
- Passion for hospitality with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Experience working with diverse guests from different cultural backgrounds is a plus
