*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Nurse/experienced trainee Dental Nurse to join our dynamic team. This position requires excellent organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong commitment to patient welfare. *Duties* - Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared in advance. - Provide exceptional patient care by reassuring patients and addressing their concerns throughout their visit. - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using IT systems. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and practice policies. - Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications with patients to enhance their experience. - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dental surgery and equipment. - Participate in continuing professional development to stay updated on best practices in dental nursing. *Requirements* - Qualified Dental Nurse with relevant certifications or training. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members. - A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to providing a supportive environment for patients. - Proficiency in IT systems related to dental practice management is advantageous. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when required.
