Duties
- Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to meet organisational goals
- Engage with the community through events, campaigns, and outreach activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote fundraising initiatives across various channels
- Provide exceptional customer service to supporters and potential donors
- Manage public relations efforts to enhance the organisation’s visibility and reputation
- Organise and participate in fundraising events, ensuring smooth execution and maximum engagement
- Prepare reports on fundraising progress and analyse data to inform future strategies
Experience
- Sales experience preferred management is desirable
- Strong understanding of fundraising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in customer service or public relations roles is beneficial
- Ability to organise events and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
