About the role
As a Packing Operative on our Twilight Shift, you’ll be a vital part of our production process; ensuring every order leaves our facility carefully packed and ready to delight our customers.
You'll help us deliver on our promise of quality and speed, all while contributing to a respectful, lean-driven work culture.
Sunday to Thursday, 4.00pm – 1.00am + overtime opportunities
What you’ll do
- Pack with Purpose: Accurately and carefully pack custom-cut materials (like wood panels and splashbacks), ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards.
- Check & Confirm: Inspect items for any defects or irregularities and report or correct where necessary.
- Support the Flow: Prepare items for dispatch, label packages correctly, and keep packing areas tidy and well-stocked.
- Own Your Area: Take responsibility for your workspace, tools, and end results, aligned with Lean principles.
- Be prepared to be on your feet for most of the shift

Bonus skills (nice to have)
- Previous experience in packing, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
- Forklift licence or experience with dispatch systems
- Experience in a Lean or continuous improvement-focused workplace

Pay: £29,000.00-£31,960.50 per year
