Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality café meals, including pastas, veggie burgers, salads, and sandwiches.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including ingredient prep, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Train and mentor new staff on menu preparation and kitchen procedures.
- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless and timely service delivery.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to guarantee consistency.

Experience
- Proven experience within a professional café, diner, or casual dining kitchen.
- Background in short-order cooking, including grilling, pasta preparation, and sandwich/salad assembly.
