Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting them to the healthcare team.
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and emotional support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and lifestyle changes.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.
Requirements
- Valid nursing registration with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
- Proven experience in medication administration and patient care within a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to upholding patient confidentiality and ethical standards in nursing practice.
