Eminence Executive Group Ltd and Bradley & Co are looking to expand our energetic and dynamic Concierge team.
Hours of work: Mon to Fri 0730 – 1630hrs or 1000 to 1900hrs (45hrs per week)
Salary: £29,823

Overview: The Concierge will deliver an engaging customer experience. Will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a can do positive attitude and professional tone at all times. Demonstrate organisational skills and have a methodical approach to dealing with the varied needs of the stakeholders. Develop networking skills of local businesses and services. Have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and handle situations with sensitivity and diplomacy.
Main Purpose of the role:
· To provide superlative concierge and guest experience to all residents and visitors to the premises.
· To be the first point of contact for all residents.
· To ensure a smooth and seamless service for all guests/visitors.
· To acknowledge and answer all resident/guest/visitor queries and deal with in a professional and timely manner.
· Possess a thorough knowledge of premises and surrounding local knowledge of facilities and amenities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Providing a warm and welcoming meet and greet to all clients, tenants, and visitors to the reception.
· Assisting with the opening and holding of doors for all visitors.
· Providing assistance with luggage and other resident items.
· Sign in and announce all guests, visitors, and contractors.
· Provide access to preapproved visitors / contractors to resident’s property.
· Issue passes, sign out keys and record details in daily activity log.
· Reception activities, which include but not limited to ensuring at all times workstation and surrounding area is kept clean, tidy and organised, answering the telephone, re-directing calls, taking and distributing messages.
· Administrative duties, which include but not limited to logging items into the parcel system, monitoring and maintaining email communications and responding and escalating where necessary.
· Managing and handling of incoming and outgoing resident’s mail. Informing tenants of post/deliveries. Ensuring mail is delivered on time and stored securely when needed.
· Ensure the communal areas are kept clean and tidy and liaise with cleaning team where necessary.
· Acknowledge and escalation of any complaints and direct/ liaise with the relevant manager.
· Conduct regular and through patrols of your building, carpark and complete relevant maintenance reports and occurrence logs.
· To liaise with the cleaning team regarding observations from your patrols; collecting litter if needed.
· Providing meter readings to residents when required.
· Logging and reporting maintenance issues on the system / management.
· Overseeing utility management in the building, i.e. turning off and controlling unnecessary or excessive lighting/heating.
· Ensure any builders / contractors attending the building keep their workspace well kept at the end of the day.
· Checking the conditions of lifts and other common areas are protected/covered when major works are being carried out.
Pay: £29,823.00 per year
