Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, corridors, and communal areas in accordance with company standards
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures through sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to create a safe working environment for all staff and visitors
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Support team members with additional cleaning tasks during busy periods or special events
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleaning routines
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues effectively
