The Role
We are looking for FULL TIME Support Workers to join our team.You will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live safely, independently, and with confidence, while building meaningful relationships and delivering high-quality care
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily living and maintaining their home
- Encouraging independence, choice, and decision-making
- Assisting with personal care where required which may include toileting and bathing.
- Supporting access to community, social, and leisure activities
- Assisting with health needs, including medication and appointments
- Keeping accurate records and working collaboratively with others
- Promoting wellbeing, safety, and dignity at all times
- Support people with their finances, where necessary, and in line with the company policy.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
About You
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Committed to person-centred care and supporting independence
- Flexible to work a 24/7 rota. (Please respond "yes" or "no" regarding your flexibility)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in learning disabilities/mental health
- Full-time right to work in the UK. (Please comment "yes" if that applies to you)
