- Cleaning crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to a high standard.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times.
- Assisting with basic food preparation as directed by the Head Chef.
- Supporting the chefs and wider kitchen team with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Ensuring all health, safety, and food hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during busy periods, with regular weekend availability required.
- A reliable means of getting to and from the hotel, with a driving licence preferred due to the location and working hours.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to get stuck in.
