Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Laser Therapist / Laser Practitioner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver advanced laser treatments to clients, helping them achieve their aesthetic and skin health goals with confidence and care. Duties
- Perform a variety of laser-based treatments including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation correction, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and professionalism
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess individual needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations
- Ensure all laser equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and operated in accordance with safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and ensure their safety and comfort
- Maintain detailed treatment records, including client information, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Uphold strict health and safety standards by adhering to infection control procedures and regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and feedback with enthusiasm and clarity
- VTCT Level 3 and Level 4 qualification in Laser and IPL (or equivalent) is required.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Laser Therapist or Laser Practitioner in a clinical or aesthetic setting
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively explain procedures and build rapport with clients
- Ability to make accurate assessments of skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments
- Proficiency in makeup application is a plus, enhancing your ability to advise clients on cosmetic enhancements
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes clients feel comfortable and valued
- Knowledge of laser safety protocols, sterilization procedures, and regulatory compliance standards
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating independence in managing client appointments

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
