This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll help ensure our customers receive their orders accurately and on time while supporting our growing Amazon FBA operation.

Working Hours
- 12 hours per week (over 3 mornings / 4 hour shifts)
- Typically worked across Monday to Wednesday mornings
- Monday to Friday business (no weekend working)
- Typical shift: 8:30am – 12:30pm
- Some flexibility may be available to accommodate childcare or other commitments
- Additional hours may be available during seasonal peaks and busy periods
What You'll Be Doing
As part of our warehouse team, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing weekly replenishment stock for Amazon FBA
- Preparing parcels for daily courier collections to meet dispatch deadlines
- Replenishing picking locations to maintain stock availability
- Organising and maintaining warehouse stock locations
- Unloading deliveries and checking goods against delivery notes
- Booking incoming stock into our warehouse management system (full training provided)
- Processing customer returns, including inspecting garments, refolding, repackaging and returning suitable items to stock
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
- Following company health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with general warehouse duties as required
This is a busy, active role where meeting daily dispatch deadlines is important, so you'll enjoy working efficiently while maintaining excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and dependable

- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently as well as part of a small, supportive team
- Comfortable lifting and moving boxes and garments as part of daily warehouse duties
- Happy spending most of your shift on your feet in an active working environment
- Willing to learn new skills and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
Desirable (but Not Essential)
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing or logistics experience
- Experience within an e-commerce or retail warehouse
- Forklift truck licence
Full training will be provided, so we're just as interested in your attitude, reliability and work ethic as your previous experience.
