About the role
The Executive Reporting & Insights Manager is a senior role within Haleon’s Digital & Technology (D&T) organisation, accountable for delivering high ‑ quality executive reporting and insight that supports leadership decision ‑ making at the most senior levels.
The role owns the creation of clear, trusted and consistent executive ‑ level performance reports, combining data from across delivery, financial, operational and strategic domains into a single, coherent narrative. It ensures senior leaders receive not just data, but insight, context and clarity on decisions required.
Working closely with D&T leadership, Data & Reporting, Financial Performance, Portfolio & Performance and Operational Performance teams, this role acts as a bridge between complex data and executive ‑ level action.
To enable effective executive decision ‑ making by delivering trusted, standardised and insight ‑ led reporting, ensuring leaders have a clear, concise and consistent view of performance, trends, risks and priorities.

Support senior governance forums (e.g. MORs, QBRs, LT reviews) with timely, decision ‑ oriented packs.
