Job Summary
We are seeking self-employed cleaning operatives to provide high-quality cleaning services across various locations. This role offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to manage your own schedule while delivering excellent standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in residential, commercial, or hospitality settings according to client specifications
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products to ensure thorough sanitation and presentation
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchens
- Manage your own schedule and appointments efficiently to meet client deadlines
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of completed work and any issues encountered during cleaning tasks
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning operations
Experience
- Previous experience in janitorial services, commercial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or similar roles is preferred
- Skills in cooking or customer service are advantageous but not essential
- Familiarity with various cleaning tools and products is desirable
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Experience in handling specialised cleaning tasks or working within regulated environments (e.g., food preparation areas) is a plus
