Nursery Manager – ST5 2SX
Rainbow Day Nursery are launching into an exciting new phase of development and are looking for a fantastic professional to help us in delivering our vision of excellence in one of our settings in Newcastle Under Lyme.

We are looking to nominate a Nursery Manager who will be an integral part of the strategic senior management team working directly with the Team an Directors to drive forward the vision for the nursery.
What will you need to bring with you?
· min NVQ/ CACHE level 3 qualification in childcare or hold an equivalent qualification
· comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements
· excellent communication skills and be a firm believer in effective parents’ partnership
· experience of leading and coordinating a nursery team/ supervisory role experience is desirable in a similar position or third in charge/ senior role
· experience of supporting children with SEND and supporting staff to develop targeted support in an inclusive environment, including working with external agencies
· organisational skills and being able to prioritise your workload
Here is a glimpse of what your role will include:
· Working alongside the Directors to ensure the day-to-day operation of the nursery is kept to the highest standard.
· Ensuring that all legislation, including Ofsted requirements, special needs, child protection, Safeguarding and Health and Safety is complied with, and that company policies and procedures are adhered to.
· To monitor, support and manage staff, continually improve practice
· To confidently manage the nursery.
To lead the staff team to deliver and ensure all children attending receive high-quality care, are kept safe and are provided with planned and stimulating play experiences which meet their individual needs and support all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
