We’re an artisan donut shop dedicated to hand-made, fresh baked goods that delight our customers every day. Located in the heart of Worcester, we create a welcoming space where quality coffee and treats come together. Position: Barista
Location: Worcester, England
Availability Required: Weekends essential, with flexibility for additional shifts (including potential holiday cover)
Hours: Variable based on shop needs, typically 2/3 days a week.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be 18 or over
Key Duties:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffees, lattes, espressos, and other beverages
- Providing excellent customer service, including taking orders and handling payments
- Assisting with serving our fresh donuts and baked goods
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene standards
- Lone working during quieter periods, managing the shop independently
We’re seeking reliable individuals with proven experience in coffee preparation who can comfortably handle pressure during busy rushes. Our team enjoys a relaxed atmosphere, but we prioritize efficiency and top-notch service. If you love creating memorable coffee moments and can work solo when needed, we’d love to have you on board!
