Senior Corporate Development Manager
Salary: £46,415.00
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Role Purpose:
The Corporate Development team is a successful and ambitious strand of fundraising within the highly regarded Development arm of the NPG. This role will lead on the stewardship of major corporate sponsorships and partnerships, whilst also having responsibility for creating new business opportunities and growing the pool of corporate prospects.
The role will support the Head of Corporate Development with building strategy, cases for support and working with senior Gallery stakeholders to build and strengthen relationships with corporate supporters.
Key Accountabilities:
- Building a robust new business pipeline and leading on converting this into Gallery income, supporting the team in reaching its income targets
- Leading on the continued growth of the corporate membership programme
- Working closely with Gallery colleagues to provide stewardship and cultivation opportunities
- Working with the Head of Corporate Development on building the new business strategy
- Providing excellent stewardship for at least one major Gallery partnership

Key Experience, Skills and Criteria:
- Five years of experience in a similar field (an arts organisation would be desirable)
- Demonstrable experience winning new business
- Demonstrable experience in stewardship and account management
- Confidence in networking and working cross-departmentally to deliver positive outcomes for the Gallery
- Knowledge of the visual arts is desirable
