We're looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team across the South Somerset area, including Street, Tautnon and Yeovil.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting individuals in their day-to-day lives while promoting dignity, choice, and independence
- Assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, and routines
- Helping people build skills for independent living
- Encouraging social interaction and taking part in meaningful activities with those you support
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Friendly and approachable, with great communication skills
- Compassionate and calm, even in challenging situations
- A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet
- Able to work independently and follow clear guidance
