Job Summary
Archispek is looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Manufacturing Operative to join our factory team in Macmerry.
This is a varied, hands-on role within a fast-paced kitchen manufacturing environment. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in manufacturing, assembly, CNC machinery, cabinetry, or workshop environments. However, full training will be provided for the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
The role involves operating CNC machinery, cabinet assembly, packing finished components, and supporting the day-to-day production process.
This is a physically demanding role and will involve regular heavy lifting and manual handling.
Working Hours & Benefits
- Monday–Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Starting salary from £27,000 per annum

Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machinery and production equipment
- Assemble kitchen cabinets and components
- Pack and prepare finished products for delivery
- Carry out quality checks on completed work
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Support general factory and manufacturing duties as required
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence required
- Hardworking and dependable
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Capable of heavy lifting and manual handling
- Good attention to detail
- Previous manufacturing, workshop, assembly, or CNC experience preferred but not essential
