About the role
As a Health Care Assistant, you'll play a central part in the health, welfare and wellbeing of our residents. Day to day, you'll:
- Carry out specific and general care tasks that support a good quality of life for residents
- Contribute to, develop and implement residents' person-centred care plans
- Work flexibly to meet each resident's support needs
- Communicate effectively and professionally with everyone involved in a resident's life
- Work as part of a person-centred team
- Work professionally within the company's policies, procedures, aims and philosophy alongside your colleagues
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Care Assistant is desirable but not essential. We'll provide all the training you need, including the opportunity to gain a diploma in Health and Social Care. What matters most is a kind, dependable approach and a genuine commitment to the people in our care.
