About the Role
As a Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food and memorable guest experiences. You'll work alongside a passionate team, maintaining high culinary standards while helping shape and develop our food offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes
- Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines
- Manage stock levels, place orders, and help minimise waste
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Lead, support, and develop kitchen team members
- Collaborate with management on seasonal menu development and new food concepts
- Ensure kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained and operating efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar kitchen leadership role
- Strong understanding of food preparation, kitchen operations, and culinary techniques
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- A passion for great food, creativity, and continuous improvement
- A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
