We are offering an exciting Parts Advisor Apprenticeship at our multi award-winning, family owned and run business based at our TMS Leicester, Kia and Volvo Site. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our busy Parts Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining a nationally recognised qualification alongside hands-on experience with one of the UK's leading automotive retailers.

What you’ll Do
As an Apprentice Parts Advisor, you'll learn how to become an essential part of our dealership, supporting both our workshop and customers by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll gain practical experience in every aspect of the Parts Department while completing your apprenticeship.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts and accessories
· Receiving, checking and organising stock deliveries
· Managing inventory and maintaining accurate stock records
· Using industry-leading Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
· Assisting customers with enquiries by phone, email and face-to-face
· Supporting the Service and Workshop teams with parts requirements
· Building strong relationships with retail, trade and internal customers
· Delivering exceptional customer service every day
Full manufacturer and in-house training will be provided throughout your apprenticeship.
What you’ll Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
· Passionate about the automotive industry
· Friendly, enthusiastic and eager to learn
· A great communicator with excellent customer service skills
· Organised with good attention to detail
· Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
· Reliable, hardworking and a strong team player
· Able to use their own initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
· A full UK driving licence is preferred, but not essential
No previous automotive experience is required—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn!

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Saturday: Morning rota (8:00am – 12:30pm)
