Youth Worker - LIFT Project (Job Ref 26-37)
Salary £26,414 to £28,466 per annum pro rata (depending on qualification and experience)
29.6 hours per week – Permanent – Based in Exeter

If so, LIFT – Listen, Inspire, Forward, Together (previously known as In-Reach) is looking for a Youth Worker to join our award-winning service (Young People Now 2024).
Working alongside young people and their families, you'll build trusted relationships, helping young people identify their strengths, achieve the goals that matter most to them, and develop the confidence and resilience to thrive in their communities. Through a relationship-based, trauma-informed approach, you'll play a key role in reducing hospital admissions and supporting young people at an important stage in their lives.
