Chef – Independent Café
Position: Full-Time / Permanent (Looking for a long-term commitment !)

We are a vibrant, independent café in the heart of Glastonbury, and we’re looking for a talented Chef to join our professional, close-knit team. Working collaboratively, you will play a key role in delivering a delicious, high-quality breakfast and brunch menu in a friendly, busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Menu Delivery: Collaborate with the management team to prepare and serve our breakfast and brunch menu.
- Kitchen Management: Take charge of inventory control, ordering supplies, and actively minimising food waste.
- Hygiene & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations. You will manage kitchen cleaning schedules and support essential record-keeping.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and front of house colleagues.
