Hours: Flexible working hours available
Pay: £12.90 per hour (Travel Time Paid)

About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Health Care Assistant to join our caring team. You will support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
This is a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference in people’s daily lives through practical support, companionship, and personal care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care and daily routines
- Supporting with medication prompts where appropriate
- Preparing light meals and drinks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with light household tasks
- Encouraging independence and wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Travelling between clients’ homes within the local area
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and respectful approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
- Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
