Job Details
You’ll support older adults with dementia, physical disabilities and complex needs in a highly structured care environment. Support may include personal care, daily living tasks and helping individuals follow their routines safely.
You’ll work both as part of a team and in 1-to-1 situations, building trust and providing consistent support throughout each shift.
Further Job Details
At times you’ll work independently, providing safe care in situations where individuals may display challenging behaviour.
Before starting, you’ll complete online training and a one-day in-person practical session so you understand the techniques, the care approach and the safety procedures used by the team.
Shift Patterns
Shifts available vary but regular times include:
- 7:00am – 19:00pm
- 7:00pm – 7:00am
Flexible working patterns are available, allowing you to choose shifts that suit your schedule.
Candidate Requirements
To apply, you’ll need:
- At least 6 months experience in a paid UK care role
- Experience supporting individuals with older adults with dementia, physical disabilities and complex needs (or transferable experience from similar care roles)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK
- SSSC Registration (or willingness to apply)
- PVG Membership (or willingness to apply)
- UK Driving Licence preferred but not essential
