Hours: Full-time Nightshift Mon-Fri
Salary: Ranges from £34,400 - £48,000 inclusive of overtime and bonus

About the Role
You clean, grind, and shape cast steel parts so they meet quality standards.
No experience needed. We train you from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Use hand tools and grinders to remove defects
- Shape castings to match the required profile
- Check work meets quality standards
- Keep your area safe and organised
- Follow simple instructions and work as part of a tight team
What You Need
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work safely around heavy materials
- Reliable and able to follow clear processes
Desirable
- Experience in a manufacturing or physical job, but not required
