Vehicle Technician (Level 3) – NK Motors Derby
Salary: £38,000 per year plus a monthly bonus of £300, payable when the department achieves its labour sales budget.

We operate two successful Kia dealerships located in Derby and Nottingham, a dedicated Used Car Centre in Nottingham, and we are also an authorised PBV Electric Van Dealer. We are now looking to recruit a Level 3 Vehicle Technician to join our busy and successful service department at our Derby dealership on Pride Park.
About the Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards our customers expect. Working within our busy workshop, no two days are the same. Duties will range from routine servicing and maintenance through to more advanced repairs including brakes, cambelts, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.
You will be joining an experienced and supportive team in a modern workshop environment with ongoing manufacturer training opportunities.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance
- Competence in mechanical repairs including brakes, cambelts, suspension, and diagnostics
- A strong work ethic and ability to maintain high standards in a busy workshop environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
