Professional Services Lecturer Wanted at Salt College!
Are you passionate about professional services such as Beauty, Hairdressing, Barbering or Aesthetic’s. Salt College is looking for an experienced Beauty and Hairdressing Lecturer to inspire and support our learners aged 16+, including those with EHCPs. If you love helping others achieve their qualifications and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!
The Role:
- September start available
- Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons across Beauty, Hairdressing and Aesthetics subjects
- Support a diverse mix of apprentices, school leavers and progressing learners
- Delivery on our Preparation for Adulthood (PFA) Curriculum for the study programme
- Help every learner progress academically and personally
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in the Beauty, Hairdressing or Barbering sector
- Passion for teaching and supporting learners from all backgrounds
- Experience of working with learners with SEND and EHCP's
- Commitment to inclusive, accessible education
- Qualified to Teach holding a minimum of DET, DTLLS, PHCE, CERT ED
- Qualified Assessor
- Qualified Verifier
- Minimum of 2 years experience Teaching and training on a Further Education Environment
