Salary: Base salary of £52,000 , with the potential to earn up to £58,600 through bonuses (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time
Shifts: Monday to Friday, with participation in the on-call rota as required

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established 3-bed Children's Residential Home located in NW1, London, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Camden, Islington, Westminster, Kentish Town, King's Cross, Marylebone, Hampstead, Paddington and surrounding areas.
As an experienced Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care. You will lead and inspire your team, promote positive outcomes for children and young people, and maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations.
You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safeguarding, quality assurance and operational performance while working collaboratively with senior management, external agencies and families to ensure the home continues to provide outstanding care.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete if applicable)
Previous experience as a Registered Manager, Home Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager looking to step into registration
Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
Experience supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, child protection and safer recruitment
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
Full UK driving licence is desirable
Eligibility to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
Base salary of £52,000
Opportunity to earn up to £58,600 through performance bonuses
£3,000 car allowance or a company car worth approximately £5,400 per year
Occupancy bonus of £300 per month for full occupancy
Ofsted bonus of £3,000 for an Outstanding inspection and £1,500 for a Good inspection
32 days annual leave , including Bank Holidays, increasing by one day each year for the first three years
On-call allowance included within salary, shared across the management team and rarely required depending on home circumstances
Established Good-rated Ofsted home with full occupancy
