Duties
- Perform a wide range of construction tasks including carpentry, some roofing, some block work and plastering
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to execute precise work across multiple trades
- Fabricate and modify materials on-site to meet project specifications and ensure structural integrity

- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and quality standards are maintained throughout each phase of construction
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored
Skills
- Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, masonry, plastering
- Strong knowledge of construction
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
- Basic understanding of electrical not required
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors effectively
