MEP Quantity Surveyor – European Data Centre Project
Salary/Package: £65,000 – £90,000 + Accommodation + Flights + Living Expenses + Sponsorship
O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a leading construction business delivering a major data centre project in Europe, who are looking to appoint an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
The successful candidate will take commercial responsibility for a range of significant MEP packages, working closely with the wider commercial, engineering and project teams to ensure the successful financial delivery of the project.
Previous data centre experience is not required. The client is open to considering candidates from a traditional main contractor, developer or specialist subcontractor background, provided they have strong MEP and Quantity Surveying experience.
The role offers the opportunity to work on a major international project within a rapidly growing sector, with excellent support for candidates relocating from the UK. Candidates can either relocate permanently to Europe or work on a rotational basis of 3 weeks abroad / 1 week back home.
For candidates relocating or working on rotation, the company will cover accommodation, flights, visa/sponsorship requirements and living expenses, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor looking to gain international experience without taking on the associated relocation costs.
