Sackmaker is looking for Industrial Sewing Machinists to join our production team, helping us manufacture our range of industrial bags and sacks.
This is a hands-on factory role working on an industrial sewing machine as part of a production line. The sewing can be classed as moderate skill and moderate speed. It is not highly complicated work, but it does benefit from previous industrial sewing or machine-based production experience, good focus, accuracy, and the ability to keep a steady pace.
You will be standing during the shift and working with larger, bulkier products, so the role is best suited to someone who is physically fit, reliable, and comfortable with practical production work. Full training will be given by a supervisor to teach you how to make our specific products and reach the required production targets.
