We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of chefs by ensuring that the kitchen is clean, organised, and fully equipped for food preparation. Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Wash and sanitise kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Assist with the storage of food items and ensure proper stock rotation
- Support the culinary team during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed
- Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain recycling protocols
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
Skills
- Understanding of food hygiene practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy hospitality environment
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail

Schedule
This role is offered on a zero-hours contract. Working hours will vary and shifts will be scheduled across a seven-day rota; therefore, flexibility and weekend availability are essential.
