We are recruiting SIA Badged Security Concierge/Guards for a luxury student housing complex in Norwich.
Please note that we follow a strict screening process for all security concierge roles. As part of our BS7858 compliance checks, you must be able to provide a complete and verifiable 5-year work and/or academic history with no unexplained gaps. To be shortlisted, your CV must clearly demonstrate this 5-year employment and/or academic history without any unexplained gaps.

Weekly schedule: 4on 4off 21:00PM - 09:00AM (42-46HRS/ Week)
Certification: SIA security or door supervision license needed

Pay: £12.21 per hour
Your role will include:
- Manning the front desk - You'll need to be comfortable talking to residents in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Access control
- CCTV Monitoring
- Check-in /out
- Accepting deliveries
- Incident and fault reporting
- Maintenance checks
- Student welfare checks
There will also be a small cleaning aspect to this role, but this will be minimal and routine.
In this role, you'll constantly be engaging with student residents and the public so clear communication skills are essential.
Full site inductions are being carried out and the role is available to start immediately or as soon as you are available
Professional uniform will also be provided and must be worn daily.
