• Spot opportunities to amplify CtM’s employer brand through activity such as merchandise, partnerships and one-off projects.
• Manage projects to budget, delivering clear outputs on time and measuring outcomes against agreed targets.
• An understanding of how to create compelling content across multiple channels, with a marketing background being advantageous.
• A socially savvy approach, with willingness to learn how to use relevant technology and social platforms in a business context.
• Strong creativity, idea generation and curiosity to test new concepts and prove what works.
• Confidence building internal networks and encouraging colleagues to engage with employer brand activity.
• Good organisational skills, including robust project management and a clear focus on delivery.
• A clear understanding of how to set targets, measure outcomes and use insight to improve activity.
• Ambition, determination and enthusiasm to do amazing things as part of a fast-moving team.
