Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a Branch Assistant to join the Ablectrics team! This role is a Monday to Friday 07:30 to 17:00 (47.5hr working week including 1 hour lunch) position and offers excellent, long-term opportunities to develop a career in electrical wholesale. As Branch Assistant, you will be responsible for help maintaining the warehouse and goods in/out. You will also be providing support in retail selling our products to new and existing customers. You will be working in a busy, demanding environment where you will be completing orders with good attention to detail and ensuring the sales process delivers a high-quality service to our customers. You will also work with other departments to provide sales support whilst using your knowledge to advise on our products.
- Keeping the warehouse organised and managing goods in/out
- Deal with multiple tasks - order management, phone queries, stock control
- Understand our products, systems, and procedures
- Engaging with existing customers
- Manage the sales process efficiently
- Provide excellent customer support
- Limited store up keeping duties
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Prior sales/customer service experience - preferably in a trades/wholesale environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team
WE VALUE:
- Prior industry experience would be an advantage
- Electrical wholesale experience would beneficial
- Full UK Driving License
