The role of Warranty Specialist sits within the Warranty Workshop team and forms part of the wider Commercial and Operations team within the Manheim Vehicle Services structure.

About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organised Warranty Administrator to join our growing team in Wyton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Previous warranty experience isn't essential—we'll provide full training for the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Warranty Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and in line with manufacturer guidelines. You'll work closely with workshop teams, manufacturers and internal departments to help deliver an efficient and compliant warranty process.
Your responsibilities will include:

Processing warranty claims accurately and within agreed timescales.

Raising and checking warranty job cards to ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements.

Using manufacturer systems to submit, monitor and manage claims.

Maintaining accurate records, databases and spreadsheets.

Filing and managing warranty documentation.

Responding to enquiries by phone, email and in person.

Building positive relationships with workshop teams, manufacturers and internal stakeholders.

Supporting workshop administration and helping resolve warranty-related queries.
