Teacher of Computing to join our fantastic team part-time.
About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Computing to join Alleyn’s Hampstead Senior School. In this role, you will have the opportunity to teach Computing across the 11-18 age group. You will be able to deliver engaging, challenging and supportive lessons that develop students' confidence, fluency and problem-solving skills essential for the modern world.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Teacher of Computing who is passionate about their speciality.
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
- Commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues and students.
- Strong subject knowledge and commitment to adaptive teaching to maximise student progress.
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
- Experience of teaching computing at KS3 and KS4.
- Experience of engaging a wide range of learners in a constructive way.
- Degree in computing or a related subject.
- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification in computing or a relevant subject.
Above all, we are seeking a Teacher of Computing who has the ability to inspire young people to develop confidence, curiosity and resilience in the modern digital world.
